• • You grant us a limited license to store and process your content to deliver and improve the Service.

🚫 3. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service to:

• • Harass, threaten, or impersonate others.
• • Create content that depicts:
  • - Hate speech
  • - Harassment or abuse
  • - Child exploitation
  • - Non-consensual sexual content
  • - Promotion of terrorism or real-world violence
• • Bypass credit limits by creating multiple free accounts or using disposable emails.
• • Share your account with others unless on a Studio plan or higher.
• • Use bots, scripts, or other automated tools to generate content or interact with the Service.
• • Scrape content or reverse-engineer the platform.
• • Use Mythilo-generated content to train, fine-tune, or feed external AI models.
• • Misrepresent AI-generated content as fully human-authored in sensitive or misleading commercial contexts.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate suspension, IP bans, or legal action.

💳 4. Subscription & Billing

• • Some features require a paid plan or credits.
• • Paid plans renew monthly unless canceled.
• • You may cancel your subscription anytime via your dashboard.
• • No refunds are issued for partial months.
• • We use Stripe or other third-party providers to process payments securely.

⚖️ 5. Fair Use & Throttling

Mythilo includes credit-based usage to maintain fair access and prevent abuse. We monitor system usage and may limit or pause accounts that:

• • Exceed fair-use expectations
• • Attempt to automate prompts
• • Share accounts in violation of these Terms

🛑 6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if:

• • You violate these Terms
• • You abuse or attempt to exploit the Service
• • We detect fraud, harmful behavior, or other risks

We may also suspend services for system maintenance or upgrades.

The Service is provided "as is" with no guarantees or warranties. We are not responsible for:

• • Lost content or downtime
• • Any damages resulting from use or inability to use the platform
